Outpatient operative hysteroscopy
Its small external diameter and the absence of energy during use of NeoCare make it a tool of choice for the practice of outpatient operative hysteroscopy, which offers numerous advantages for the health center, the doctor and the patient.
With outpatient hysteroscopy practice, the patient will only lose one hour compared to a whole day in the operating room. Moreover, immediate return to work generates less stress for the patient and more flexibility in making appointments.
Surgical procedures performed in an outpatient room do not require general anesthesia, which considerably reduces the risks for the patient.The doctor will be able to perform a paracervical block himself, which is less traumatic for the patient and requires fewer human and material resources.

You can combine their use during the same surgery if resection of an intracavitary pathology is necessary, and thus avoid any cervical lacerations.
NeoCare XXL
Your trusted partner in the operating room
NeoCare XXL follows the same approach as NeoCare. This is an operating hysteroscope with offset optics and a straight working channel, allowing the passage of 3mm cold instruments. Its main difference lies in its external diameter of 9mm.
Nowadays, even if the market is mainly moving towards surgical hysteroscopes with a reduced external diameter, NeoCare XXL remains essential; particularly in the case of patients with cervical incompetence. The seal at the cervix level and therefore the intrauterine pressure will both be more easily maintained.
Two sizes of hysteroscope, one range of 3mm instruments
The difference between our two hysteroscopes lies in their diameter.
For NeoCare XXL, the optical diameter, irrigation channel and illumination surface are all enlarged for slightly increased user comfort. For NeoCare, a reduced diameter is a major advantage for a majority of patients. Together, you will always have the right tool to deal with any situation!
