Located just a few kilometers from our offices, *Les Ruchers de Fontblanche* embodies a small-scale, environmentally respectful approach to beekeeping. Since 2016, beekeeper Denis Caviglia has nurtured his colonies, producing honey and royal jelly while respecting natural cycles. The hives are carefully monitored, notably through connected equipment that tracks the colonies during periods of seasonal migration.
