Reduced diameter, synonymous with comfort and safety
ReseCare, with its restricted 6mm diameter, offers an atraumatic approach to hysteroscopic resection. Its comprehensive range of electrodes enables the instrument to be adapted to every uterine pathology, and to optimize the contact surface with the endometrium for precise resection while preserving healthy tissue.
Thanks to its finesse, cervical dilatation remains minimal, reducing the risk of cervical lacerations or false tracts. ReseCare is aimed at all patients, and particularly nulliparous patients, in whom preservation is essential.
Enhanced safety
Designed for bipolar use, ReseCare guarantees a safe, controlled procedure. Current flows only through the resector, reducing the risk of diffusion current burns and synechiae linked to destruction of the adjacent endometrium.
What’s more, the use of a non-conductive physiological saline solution instead of glycol reduces the risk of liquid absorption.
ReseCare retains a hybrid technology, compatible with monopolar energies, giving practitioners the freedom to adapt their technique according to their habits and the equipment available.

The black ceramic of the resector eliminates any stray reflections, while the precisely designed irrigation and suction circuit ensures constant visibility of the surgical field.
The integrated taps enable the practitioner to keep control of the flow at all times, guaranteeing precise, safe and comfortable movements throughout the procedure.

With an extra 10 cm in length, ReseCare XXL sets itself apart from the standard model, enabling it to treat patients with large uteruses or overweight patients who are unable to use it close to the cervix.
