ReseCare (&XXL)

Two models of 6mm resectors and respect for all women
Our 18.5Fr. bipolar resectors combine performance for the surgeon and well-being for the patient. Thanks to their reduced diameter, dilatation steps are limited, favoring cervical preservation and simplifying insertion into the uterine cavity, essential for nulliparous, post-menopausal or stenotic patients. This design also facilitates handling of the instrument within the cavity, ensuring smooth, precise gestures. ReseCare is a veritable condensation of technology, offering meticulous ergonomics, optimum visibility and reliability at all times, for a safe and efficient operating experience.

Alternative ReseCare XXL

With an extra 10 cm in length, ReseCare XXL sets itself apart from the standard model, enabling it to treat patients with large uteruses or overweight patients who are unable to use it close to the cervix. Unique on the market, it easily treats all uterine cavities, including the periosteal and fundal regions, where a conventional resector would fail. This elongated version takes into account the singularities of all women without compromising the surgeon’s comfort. It meets a current need for specialized equipment in care centers.

Enlargement plasty by Pr. Hervé FERNANDEZ

Watch a video of Professor Hervé Fernandez in action during a uterine cavity enlargement. Using the knife resection electrode perfectly suited to this indication, he demonstrates the efficiency of our resector’s cutting current, as well as the instrument’s visualization and ease of use.
