Reporting to the Product Manager, your mission is to install, train customers, support and provide clinical assistance to users on our products.

As such, your main activities and responsibilities are:

• Ensure the presentation of products to physicians in support of the sales force.
• Identify and analyze the needs expressed by customers and pass this information on to the sales teams.
• Ensure the installation of equipment or the commissioning of instruments.
• Train customers in the use of products.
• Represent the company at events (congresses, trade fairs, etc.).
• Develop training/demonstration/use materials for prospects, customers, and/or sales department.
• Report to the maintenance teams all comments made by customers during training sessions or when the equipment is put into service.
• Ensure technical, scientific and competitive monitoring.

• Education: Engineering school with a biomedical specialization
• Experience: A previous internship in a Sales or Marketing department in the medical field is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills, good communication and pedagogy
• Commercial appetite and mastery of technical characteristics

• Fluency in English

In order to support our growth and the increase in development projects, we are strengthening our R&D division. Your missions and roles will therefore be divided into several projects combining optics, software, fluid mechanics, mechanics, biology, and medical imaging.

• Diploma: School of general engineering.
• Specialization in mechanics appreciated.
• Experience: A previous internship in an R&D department is a plus.
• English: level B2
• Ability to adapt and integrate.

In order to support our growth, we are strengthening our Quality and Regulatory Affairs division.
Under the direction of the Quality and Regulatory Affairs manager, you will be in charge of the daily contact with the Delmont imaging teams. This internship can lead to permanent contract if the internship is successful.

Your missions & projects :

• Verify the proper implementation of the quality system in the company
• Participate in its evolution with the various departments concerned
• Ensure the conformity of finished products and manage non-compliances
• Participate in the updating of technical files
• Participate in the preparation of documents for international medical device registration
• Participate in internal audits and the ISO 13485 follow-up audit

• Diploma: Master level (biomedical engineer or quality master)
• Specialization: medical devices, quality, regulatory affairs
• English: Level B2
• Mastery of ISO 13485, Directive 93/42/EC, ISO 14971, MDR,
• Mastery of the different aspects of the design of a medical device and design documents
• Good knowledge of the content of a technical file (applicable standards, essential requirements, RGR, clinical evaluation, user manual, medical device classification, post-market surveillance, etc…)
• Organized and structured
• Excellent sense of communication
